EPIC Bodywear is made to order. Most orders ship out within a week, but this can vary at peak times. Email or call us if time is critical.
Ground shipping time usually takes 1-4 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping options may be available at an additional cost. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central time will be processed the next business day.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a 21-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.
To return an item, please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unaltered condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we will not be able to issue a refund.
We do not offer exchanges.
